Loyal Source is looking for LPN/LVNs for employment opportunities at the Pawnee Indian Health Center in Pawnee, Oklahoma.

About the Role:

The Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) will provide vital support in direct patient care, performing tasks such as taking vital signs, scheduling, and greeting patients. The LPN will be responsible for administering medications and immunizations within their scope, preparing patients for provider visits, and managing daily patient loads. Additionally, the role includes obtaining medical records, ensuring proper consent is received, and participating in staff meetings and educational programs. The LPN will coordinate clinic scheduling and appointments using the EHR/RPMS/GUI system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform direct patient care, vital signs, and scheduling.
• Screen health measures, administer medication, and handle immunizations.
• Prepare patients for provider visits and manage daily patient load.
• Obtain and update medical records, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Ensure consent for treatment is obtained prior to invasive procedures.
• Participate in clinic staff meetings and educational programs.
• Provide high-quality patient care in compliance with nursing standards.
• Coordinate clinic scheduling and arrange appointments.

• Current BLS certification.
• Standard background check and criminal history record.
• Drug screening.
• Practical Nursing Diploma from a Vo-Tech school.
• Current, valid, unrestricted LPN license within the Continental United States.
• Valid state driver's license.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, lift up to fifty pounds, and stand and walk for extended periods.
