USGP is Hiring: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Location: Family Medicine Clinic - Camp Lejeune, NC

USGP is seeking a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team and provide behavioral health services to active-duty service members, veterans, and their families at Camp Lejeune. Position Highlights:

• Competitive Pay: $50.00/hour + Health & Welfare stipend

• Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• Location: Family Medicine Clinic at Camp Lejeune

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)
• Licensure: Current, unrestricted LCSW license in any U.S. state or territory (including DC, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the U.S. Virgin Islands)
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience as an LCSW within the past 3 years
• Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS)

Core Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
• Provide individual, group, couples, and family therapy services
• Address a wide range of issues including psychiatric, medical, and social challenges
• Refer patients to appropriate community and governmental resources
• Offer consultation services to other healthcare professionals regarding patients' psychosocial needs
• Participate in case reviews, peer consultations, and professional development opportunities
